Chezzion is an SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) consulting and implementation firm. We design and build warehouse execution solutions that go beyond standard SAP EWM — RF-guided processes, production staging, slotting and bin optimization, and export/shipment planning — for manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and export-driven businesses.
We work with clients across India and the MENA/GCC region, including delivery through our Dubai entity, Chezzion Digital Software Systems.
Standard SAP EWM covers the basics — but real warehouses run into gaps: rigid staging screens, no session recovery on RF scanners, no visibility into bin occupancy, spreadsheet-driven export planning. Chezzion builds targeted enhancements on top of standard SAP EWM to close exactly those gaps, rather than forcing your operation to work around the platform's defaults.
Chezzion Digital Software Systems (CDSS) is Chezzion's non-SAP practice. It covers two connected areas: a suite of modular workflow software — built under our Leirbag ecosystem — that runs warehouse, people, process, learning and customer operations end to end; and a set of brand, product and technology services for businesses that need digital execution outside the SAP landscape.
Leirbag is the connected software ecosystem behind Chezzion's non-SAP modules — one digital operating layer spanning people, processes, warehouse, automation, delivery and intelligence, built so every module shares data instead of running as a disconnected point solution.
Businesses that want warehouse and operations software, workforce and process tools, or brand/digital-product work without a SAP dependency — from standalone modules (like a learning management system or a CRM) to the full connected ecosystem, plus the creative and technology services to build a business's digital presence around it.
We start by understanding the specific operational pain point — a process, a bottleneck, or a reporting gap — rather than a generic system audit. From there we scope the enhancement, validate it against your existing SAP EWM setup, and build and test it before rollout to the warehouse floor.
We design changes to be phased and scheduled around live operations wherever possible — for example, applying bin/slotting changes during quiet windows between shifts so pick teams start the next day on the new layout with no cancelled tasks or downtime.
Yes — our RF enhancements are built as additional or modified nodes within the standard SAP EWM RFUI, so they run on the handheld devices already deployed in your warehouse without requiring new hardware.
